Known variously as Byzantium, Constantinople and Istanbul, this historic city is filled with architectural treasures. Visit Gallipoli, site of an infamous WWI battle. While in Santorini, you might discover the Lost City of Atlantis. You’ll transit the Corinth Canal, then off to Delphi, site of an ancient Greek oracle, and Katakolon where the original Olympic Games were held. You’ll also experience Dubrovnik, Mljet and Zadar, Adriatic gems all, before ending your journey in Venice.

Arrive in Istanbul, Turkey and check into your included hotel.
Day 2 : Istanbul, Turkey
Morning at leisure. Prior to embarkation, enjoy a highlight tour of Istanbul en route to the ship.
Day 3 : Gelibolu, Dardanelles
Visit Gelibolu (Gallipoli) the scene of a WWI battle in which many Australians, New Zealanders, and Turks lost their lives.
Day 4 : Syros and Sifnos, Greece
Take a walking tour of the neoclassical buildings of Ermoupoli and the town of Ano Syros with its medieval architecture.
Day 5 : Santorini, Greece
Explore Santorini, once the site of a devastating volcanic eruption and possibly the location of the Lost City of Atlantis.
Day 6 : Naxos, Greece
The largest of the Cyclades, Naxos boasts beautiful beaches, quaint villages, as well as historical and natural attractions.
Day 7 : Corinth Canal, Greece
Enjoy an experience only small ships offer: an unforgettable transit through the Corinth Canal to the Aegean Sea.
Day 8 : Itea, Greece
The site of the ancient Oracle of Delphi.
Day 9 : Katakolon, Greece
Katakolon provides an ideal starting point for your visit to the legendary site of the original Olympics.
Day 10 : Saranda, Albania
Waves of Greeks, Romans, Byzantines and Venetians conquered Butrint. This UNESCO World Heritage Site awaits your discovery.
Day 11 : Durres, Albania
Drive inland to Tirana, capital of Albania, a historic walled city where you’ll be treated to a cultural performance.
Day 12 : Dubrovnik, Croatia
Dubrovnik is a walled fortress town full of museums, churches and cobblestone streets, perfect for exploring by foot.
Day 13 : Dubrovnik / Mljet National Park / Korcula Island
We will visit Mljet national park, a long, narrow island, so you can explore the forests, wildlife and snug little coves. (Zodiac landing or touring)
Day 14 : Zadar
Today you visit the largest Romanesque cathedral on the Dalmatian coast, built in the 12th and 13th centuries.
Day 15 : Venice, Italy

Ship Description: Spirit of Oceanus
One of our most spacious and luxurious ocean going vessels. Equipped with stabilizers, the Spirit of Oceanus opens up whole new horizons for our style of up-close, casual small-ship cruising. In Alaska, that means the Gulf of Alaska and the remote vastness of the Aleutian Islands and the Bering Sea.
Our flagship hosts just 120 guests in comfortable outside suites, each with a picture window or porthole. The 15 suites on the Sun and Sports Decks feature private teak balconies, the first in our fleet. Other cabin amenities unique to the Spirit of Oceanus include a walk-in closet or wardrobe, a large marble bathroom, and a lounge area. Each suite also features an in-room safe and satellite telephone access. Other features:

Superior (Suites 250, 331) Located on the Oceanus and Main decks, Superior Suites average 215 square feet in size and have three portholes (Main Deck) or picture windows (Oceanus Deck). Twin or king beds. |
Majestic 231 sq. ft with porth(Suites 252-262, 329) These 240 square foot suites are located on the Main Deck and Oceanus Deck. They feature a minimum of 2 portholes and full-length wardrobes. Twin or king beds. Suite 329 on the Oceanus Deck has a picture window. |

Premium (Cabins 414-428) These suites are located on the Club Deck and feature a walk-in closet and a large picture window opening onto an outside walkway. They average 235 square feet in size. |
Classic (Cabins 330, 332-348) Classic Suites located on the Oceanus Deck feature a picture window right in the hull and have two wardrobes. Classic Suites average 250 square feet. Twin or king beds. |

Explorer (Cabins 505-512) Explorer Suites on the Bridge Deck feature a sliding glass door leading to a private balcony and a walk-in closet. Explorer Suites are 277 square feet in size. Twin or king beds. |
Grand Titan (Cabins 601-604) These magnificent suites are atop the ship on the Sun Deck. They feature a sliding glass door leading to a private balcony, a spacious wardrobe, and a large picture window. They are 353 square feet in size. Twin or king beds. |
